Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

  • Refunds: we will refund you for the full value of your purchase in case we find our product was defective or faulty enough to not be utilized and without any mishandling by the user in the usage process. We will determine this on a case by case scenario to conclude if a reimbursement needs to be processed. Please send us a picture or video of what you think might have been a problem you had with our resin with a brief explanation.
